1. Delivery Within UK

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery times may vary based on your city, order volume, weather conditions, or public holidays.

2. International Deliveries

• Currently, Meri Lado delivers only within UK.
• For international customers, stay tuned — we’re working to expand our delivery network soon!

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.

4. Delivery Charges

• Orders below that threshold will include a standard shipping fee (visible at checkout).
• Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
